IDM IPSEC Error

When logging into the IDM I am geting the error:

"IPSEC configuration error: The local IP address could not be determined Returning to the bootstrap Configuration"

Has anyone seen this and know what it miht be?

Because IDM found something unexpected in the IPSec configuration, it is necessary to re-run the sysconfig-sensor script as root and verify that options 1-6 and 9 are correct.
