We have equipment: CE "C1" Cisco 7206, CE "C2" Cisco 7206 and CE "C3" Cisco 7206
PE (ESR10000) and Core Network- ring of three ONS 15454 (Full MESH)
and three P (GSR 12416) connected one to each ONS.
Can we build VPN using such devices?

Yes, it’s likely you already have the hardware for VPN but you’ll probably have to purchase a software (IOS) upgrade from Cisco.

Should We use additional software? May be Cisco VPNSC?
May I ask You whether VPNSC is Syndesis product?
