Hi everyone,
Could anyone confirm if ISR 4000 series really support IPsec VPN IKEv2 ?
I must swap an old ISR to a new one so I would like to know which of the ISR 4000 series is the most suitable.
The old ISR has 40 VPN tunnel and others to come and it's a cisco 2911 serie.
In addition what do IPsec VPN encryption throughput (max/imix) and ISM VPN encryption throughput mean ?
Thanks a lot for your replies

Hi,
Yes it does. IMIX means mixed traffic.

Thanks for your reply.
I have to check the performance before choosing the device inside ISR 4000 serie because there are many models.
For example: ISR 4331 support 300 Mbps for encryption throughput and 1000 tunnels (no ISM/with ISM)
Someone could explain me what do IPsec encryption throughput and ISM mean ?
Multiple peers are supported on a single interface on ISR 4000 serie ?
Many thanks for your helps

Hi,
ISM means Internal Services Module, yes multiple peers are supported. To make a good call on the platform, you should be looking here:
