I am running the last version of anyconnect. ( 3.1.02040 ) on windows 8, my internet disconnects after it has succesfully connected to the server. I think it may have something to do with the priority of internet connections. Cisco anyconnect is on the top. When i change it to the bottom and put my wifi on the top and try to connect to the server again, it automatically puts itself back at the top of the priority list.
How can i fix this issue?

Hi,
Sounds more like that you are using Full Tunnel VPN which tunnels all traffic to the central site while the VPN is active and the central site doesnt allow Internet traffic during VPN connection.
You can confirm this when the VPN Client is connected from the menus of the VPN Client. Find the Routing/Route Details section (or named something like that)
If it lists 0.0.0.0 then all traffic is tunneled through the VPN while its active. Its a totally different matter what the configurations on the central site are and will they be willing to change your VPN connection to use Split Tunnel instead of Full Tunnel.

I had this problem too JouniForss, but got it sorted out. The split tunnel wasn't configured correctly on the group-policy attribute.
I had left out "split-tunnel-network-list value ______"
(config for ASA V9.1)
group-policy REMOTE_GP attributes
vpn-tunnel-protocol ssl-client ssl-clientless
split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified
split-tunnel-network-list value REMOTE_SPLIT
