Iphone tethering connects to IPSec VPN

Hi,

Does anyone has such problem?

I  can connect to the Remote Access VPN via internet successfully and RDP  or ping any hosts from the ASA firewall Inside Interface but if i use  IPhone tethering via USB on my laptop, it can connect to the remote VPN  successfully but cannot RDP or ping any inside hosts. I am not sure  why???

Any idea?

Could you please chare the outputs of "show cry isa sa" and "show crypto ipsec sa" when using the tethered connection?
