is this possible to configure ipsec site to site vpn with redundancy using 2 cisco router 881?

Kavi,

For sure not stateful redundacy - not on this platform (check config guide or feature navigator for supported platforms).

Statless redundancy based on HSRP, multiple peers, DMVPN style redundancy, others... the list goes on and on.

You need to get your requirements together and do some reading :-)
