Hello Sajid,
Cisco AnyConnect is the current line of VPN client software product line that replaced the EOL Cisco VPN client that you are currently using.

Thanks Guys,
But I got the solution & its working for me.I had a fresh installed end point with windows 10 & i followed this step:-
The solution for me was to install DNE 64bit.
ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate.msi for 32-bit
ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate64.msi for 64-bit
After installing this, the Cisco VPN software installed without issue.
But while connecting i was getting below error:-
Attached screen shot taken from google image, as my vpn error had gone:-
This got resolved by this fix:-
Click Start and type regedit in the Search field and hit enter.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CVirtA
Find the String Value called DisplayName
Right click and select Modify from the context menu.
In Value data, remove @oemX.inf,%CVirtA_Desc%;. The Value data should only contain Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows.
Click Ok.
Close Registry Editor.
Retry your Cisco VPN Client connection.
