what are the exact requirements for Ipsec vpn over Adsl line by using Cisco Router
Is it possible to fix 1701 adsl in the central and 837 at the branches

Yes. You can do it. You can fix the 1701 in central site and 837 at branches.If you have
MOD1700-VPN
Optional hardware-accelerated VPN encryption module
in that, will supports Supports Internet Key Exchange (IKE) and IPSec VPN standards for up to 100 simultaneous tunnels.

Do we need to buy static ip address for all ?
I think one is enough for the central site and all others can use dynamic ip sddress
can we able to access vpn by using dialup connection ?
or this is only a site to site vpn ?
