Is there a gui, other than the asdm, and the cisco security manager for testing Cisco ASA5505/5510 ipsec site to site vpn tunnels. I usually go through the steps listed in here in the link below while in the terminal window, but this sucks when you have several tunnels to keep up on.

I would prefer one that works with Freebsd, or LInux, as the as the cisco security manager CSM v4.1 is limited to only running on windows server 2008 ent.

No, for troubleshooting the best way is to use CLI as it will give you debug output on where it's actually failing.
For configuration, apart from CLI, ASDM and CSM unfortunately there is no other tool that runs on Linux/Freebsd as it is more ASA specific commands and only limited to CLI, ASDM or CSM.
