issue cisco anyconnect for window's vpn not working....

I have configured cisco 3845 series router for PPTP and L2TP, through windows VPN some users are connecting and some are not connecting. One who are not able to connect used Cisco anyconnect application simply installed and connect through WAN/Lo1 IP address but getting error " Could not connect to server. Please verify Internet connectivity and server address".

Kindly note that Internet is working fine on alll windows machine.

Can I use the cisco ASA or cisco 3845 will work with anyconnect...........
