Issue setting up VPN with QVPN

I just purchased the RV180W and I'm trying to configure VPN using QVPN. When I try to connect via QVPN from my PC into the network, it connects, then immediatly gets disconnected. In the logs of the router, I'm getting an error that says: "Could not find configuration for xxxxxx"

I also get some warnings "no phase1 found for xxxxx" xxxxx = userid

My issue is that QVPN immediately disconnects.

Where are some info:

• Under firewall I have the "Block fragmented Packets" disabled. I found this requirement on a forum.
  
• Remote Management is enabled. Again, found this requirement on a forum
  

Can someone help. I'm technical but not in networking. So I'm struggling through this learning as I go.

I know it's a long shot that you'll get this or even read it cuz its been over a year. but was just wondering if you ever got it resolved ?
