LAN 2 LAN VPN from 2621XM to VPN3030 Concentrator

I am trying to establish a VPN LAN-2-LAN Tunnel from a Cisco 2621XM to a VPN3030 Concentrator. The 2621 connects to ADSL services through one interface using PPPoE client in IOS, it receives the IP 172.16.4.22 through PPPoE,this one is static !! The Concentrator's Public IP is 172.16.3.100. All traffic should be sent through the Tunnel to the Concentrator, so no split tunneling. I will append logs from both machines to show you what happens, basically it looks to me as if Phase 1 gets established but then there is a problem with the Tunnel and it gets broken again. Maybe someone already solved such an issue and can help me with this.

Please check if all the parameters in the concetrator is set correctly, especially the Network List and if you are using NAT, the translated and local NAT and to what networks they should get translated.
