Hello, I have been having some problems, where some users have reported that when trying to connect to the Cisco Anyconnect they get prompted for an upgrade to the latest version that we have enabled on the ASA version is 3.1.0240, once they accept the software uninstalls the previous version but the upgrade then fails, leaving no installation on the system, if they try to download the version manually the installation fails and the only way to reinstall anyconnect is to delete all the Registry entries for anyconnect and do a manual installation, the OS where users have been having the problem are all in WIndows 7, although the upgrade has been sucessfull on some Windows 7 systems, both systems where the upgrade has been sucessfull and where it has failed are using the same company Antivirus.
Has anyone had this problem with the new AnyConnect version?
