We just bought some ASA firewalls and routers but need to check if their licenses are up to date with cisco. Con someone please help me with information on how to get this done?

Hello,
on Cisco routers, the command:
show license all
will tell you what kind of license you have installed.

On the ASA, go to 'Configuration --> Device Management --> Licensing --> Activation Key', this will show you the current running licenses.

Hi osmantolo,
You can also login into www.cisco.com/go/license and check the license and its validity.
You need to login with the Cisco user id and password that was provided to Cisco at the time of Cisco contract.
