Have successfully connected with VPN client to company network and logged in and got logon scripts to run. Tried to connect at home and I can't connect to my company network - can't find Windows logon server. I suspect something with Ciscp PN and Linksys - using WRT54GS router. Anyone have experience getting this to work?

According to the docs on Linksys's site this router allows VPN passthrough. Go to the security tab in the router config and click enable on the IPSec line to enable IPSec traffic to pass-through the router's firewall.
Hope this helps.

that was already done and it didn't work. I hae been told that I need to assign a static IP for the pc and then in the router perform port forwarding to let the specific ports thru to the pc. since the router has a built-in firewall, it is stopping the IPSec traffic. I am away this weekend but will try when I get home.

setting port forwarding on the router for ports 1723 and 500 worked.

Did this get resolved? Please look at the firmware and make sure you have the latest version of code for you router. Somewhere along the lines, Linksys made some changes to the code that handles VPN. Also, when you remote access in, you say you do not have access to your Windows Logon servers? This maybe an acl issue.

Is the company using the same IP scheme as the router's DHCP server? i.e.- Your company uses 192.168.1.0 and so does the router. This will cause an issue with VPN.
