I'm looking for a utility to create *.mo files in order to customize the Secure Client interface.

Files should be submitted here: C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco Secure Client\l10n\fr\LC_MESSAGES 

Also, at the local policy level, I want to remove the ability to uncheck the option "Block connections to untrusted servers"

The Secure Client version is 5.0. 04032

In addition, this is a tool that allows you to create anyconnect.mo files allowing you to overload, for example, the client GUI Anyconnect/SecureClient.
