loose connectivity ( for 10 seconds )

Dear all

About 3 times a day all LAN stations which are connected through switch cisco 2960 ,loose connectivity (for 10 seconds) to host on another switch .

I replaced the switch cisco 2960  , the problem resolved  .

I need to check the hardware errors or any tests on switch cisco 2960 , how can I do this

You can run a diag test on it for hardware
