Losing Internet Connecting when on AnyConnect

I can connect to Anyconnect without problem, but when I try to access any website on the internet I lose connectivity (Internet &VPN get disconnected). I would like to mention that when I use the hostname of a website on the url bar such as https://www.cisco.com that's when I get disconnected but if i use the IP (https://23.218.112.172) directly i don't get disconnected.

Hello,

Did you set up the XML profile with this DNS name? Do you have a SSL cert installed using the FQDN?

Yes we do. I only have one user who is having this problem, everybody else is working fine
