When I try to use the app Cisco AnyConnect, I lose my internet connection, for the provider it seems nothing is wrong as if I have a normal connection, but I cannot access the internet. It happens always when I connect to the VPN.
What OS version? Fresh AnyConnect install or update? Run any updates. Finally, Try reboot your PC/laptop after AnyConnect install, Also, try run Diagnostics from AnyConnect.
