I have a MACbook Air - Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)
I am attempting to run the NAC agent v4.9.1.683, compliance module v3.5.2221.2. No matter what I do, I get an error that the NAC agent doesn't recognize my AV definitions. I have tried several different AV products. Currently, I am running Sophos AV v8.0.6c. The most annoying part is that it worked for months and now... nada.
I am attaching what seems to be some kind of a log package. I am hoping that somebody, somewhere can help me.
Thank you.

Liana,
Hi the logs are encrypted and you will have to upload these after opening a TAC case. After checking the release notes it looks like your version of Sophos isnt supported:

Hi Tarik
Thank you for responding. Ok - so, I've uninstalled Sophos and installed MacScan 2.9.4. I've checked and I believe this is on the list of acceptable/supported AVs, though I don't know how to check the Installation version or Virus Definition versions.
I still get the same error messages. This is SO frustrating!
Here is the screen shot of the errors. You mentioned opening a TAC case How might I do that?
Thank you for your help.

Lisa,
Macscan is a antispyware vendor that is supported and not a antivirus vendor. Please check the document and try again.
Thanks,
Tarik
