Minimal Firewall Rules for Cisco AnyConnect

Hi,

I want to build a Windows 10 PC without any network access, except for the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client. What are the minimal firewall rules to realize that?

This is the idea:

netsh advfirewall set allprofiles firewallpolicy blockinbound,blockoutbound
netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule all
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule ?

Windows Firewall bit tricky I never able to fix straight forward.

I have added a program in the FW to get allow inbound and outbound to work (but it may be not the  case of yours depends on your GPO)
