Hello,
We plan to replace our dialout router Cisco 2610 with Cisco 2811. The authentication problem has been resolved. But when we test with Dialout EZ v4.3, the error message indicates that the modem card driver used by the PC is not correct.
Can you tell me which modem driver should we used for the new analog modem card NM-8AM-V2 installed in Cisco 2811. Where can we download the driver?
Thank you.

Hi,
In fact, we use DialoutEZ to call external servers through the modem pool NM-8AM or NM-8AM-V2. We use actually the Microcom modem driver to connect to NM-8AM module (modem version: MCOM Analog Integrated Modem Firmware). The dialout applications work well.
But the same driver does not work with the new module NM-8AM-V2 (modem version: ACF3_V1.824L-V90_4M_RAM). It is a modem driver incompatibility problem.
Which modem driver should we install for DialoutEZ that is supported by NM-8AM-V2 module?
Thank you.
