Wonder if you could give your opinion on the following please?
USR Sportster connected to console on a Cisco 878. The modem is configured for auto-answer and running at 115200 on the serial port. As the 878 doesn't actually have an AUX port - except what seems like a "virtual" AUX, I have set flow-control none on the console, tried setting the baud rate to 115200 etc.
Here's the config at the mo:

When I dial the modem using hyperterm, it answers and connects. On the router I can see CTS and DSR are up, yet I get gobbledygook and wingdings on the terminal session and not the login prompt
