Is it possible to configure WebVPN (AnyConnect) on Router c1111-8P with IOS XE Software, Version 16.08.01. 

If not, what i can configure for Remote Access on mobile device (Android, iOS etc) ?

Hi,

No it doesn't look like you can run WebVPN. You can configure FlexVPN IKEv2/IPSec VPN. Example here although only for Windows, but the router configuration should be similar.
