Hello,
I work for a company who's customer requires me to use the Cisco VPN to use their email address provided to me. It connects, then cycles to reconnect before getting the error no Policy server detected. I am at a little disadvantage as my work PC doesn't give me permissions to do a lot. I went to the customers IT and mine, and no one seems to be able to figure it out, which is why I now come to Cisco directly. I have the newest version 5.0. My real question is, who should have provided me this access? The company that requested me use it, or mine? Please advise. I have been trying for 2 weeks and loosing my mind

"No Policy Server detected" generally comes up when the headend is using Cisco ISE on the backend to check the posture of devices connecting to the network via wired, wireless or VPN. The company you are connecting to should have it setup so that even remote users on unmanaged laptops can connect. In any case, it is that company's IT support who would be able to answer why you cannot connect .
