On-demand VPN android

Greetings
Could I ask question about anyconnect for two more famous OS: android and iOS? I want to know why iOS anyconnect version has On-Demand option and Android's hasn't. I googled it, but didn't find anything useful. May be somebody knows what the reason is?

Hey,

This feature is provided by the OS and is not something we can
integrate directly in AC on Android due to OS limitations. Also we don't have any
insight into Google futures to know whether or not they plan to offer such a
feature in a future OS update.

On-Demand isn't supported in Android hence you don't see it in AC on Androids. Its a feature for iOS

I think the support is controlled by Cisco rather than Android. iOS is very locked OS compared to Android which makes it difficult for me to understand that Cisco is able to get it working with iOS but not in Android.
