Getting this error on only some clients, but only 10.10.3 Yosemite, full reinstall of the client does not fix the issue.  Must be at the system level as it effects all users on the machine.

Ok, I figured this out by reading through some other posts with different errors.  Running a Verify and Repair Disk Permissions from Disk Utility fixed it, there was a directory with bad permissions which explains why reinstalling the Cisco AnyConnect client didn't work.  

This was version 3.0.5080
