Outbound VPN through 2610 router

Hi all, I have a 2610 router using 12.1 IOS. It currently has a box to box VPN tunnel to our PIX at HQ.

How can I allow individual or groups of users to create outbound PPTP VPN tunnels from their work stations? Cisco is telling me that I have to use a 1 to 1 static NAT. The weird thing is, I was able to outbound vpn through a 1750 router running 12.3 IOS.

Attached are the 2610 and 1750 configs.

I believe you need at least 12.1(4)T to do this. You might be missing the 'T' on the 2610.
