Since the update to version 4.6.00362 I get a message after login:
VPN Server could not parse request.
It's working, just this error message appears. I can help debugging it if you want.

What version of ASDM are you running on the firewall? I ran into the same issue running 4.5.030 and 4.6 of the client. The only time I get the error is when I connect to an ASA running 8.4. We have two other ASA's both running 9.x and neither of them throw any message. I'm going to update the ASDM software in about a week. We'll see if that does anything.
Also, I should note that that I only get this message in windows 10. As far as I've tested, which isn't a whole lot, Win 7, Linux and Mac don't display the message either.
Hope it helps.

I too have this error "VPN Server could not parse request” with Windows and Macintosh Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client clients running Version: v4.6.2074. The error ONLY happens when I connect to an ASA that is running as follows:
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 8.4(7)30
Device Manager Version 7.8(2)151
It does NOT happen when I connect to a newer ASA that is running
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.1(7)4
Device Manager Version 7.8(2)151
In addition both ASA's running 8.4(7)30 and 9.1(7)4 code are also configured to use the HostScan/Posture Assessment and are configured to deploy Umbrella Roaming Security. Relevant configuration on BOTH Cisco ASA's are as follows:
csd image disk0:/csd_3.6.6249-k9.pkg
csd hostscan image disk0:/hostscan_4.6.02074-k9.pkg
csd enable
As the previous poster also reported, when I receive the ""VPN Server could not parse request”, I can still click on OK and continue with the login process and able to establish a successful connection.
It would be great if there is an easy fix for this.
