Why does the PIX documentation say that Easy VPN Remote is supported on PIX 501/506 only whilst it works perfectly well on PIX 515 too?

Does anybody know any drawbacks when using PIX 515 as the Easy VPN Remote device?

Good question. I suspect this was probably done for product positioning purposes only as the 501/506/506E are more appropriate for situations where an EzVPN client would be deployed. They all run the same code (as we know) for now, and there are no limitations with respect to the EzVPN client code that I am aware of on any of the chassis. You should be fine implementing EzVPN client on a 515.

Just to be sure: can I use more than two interfaces with PIX 515 and still use Easy VPN Remote features?
I ask because Release Notes are not very clear regarding 506E Easy VPN Remote with VLANs.
