Problem with HTTP access on C3560CX

Hello people,

I'm having a problem with the HTTP access on C3560CX.

My customer has connected the new switch to the network, it got a IP address from DHCP but if I try to connect to this device for configuring the telnet access, I don't succeed to get in. I tried with username: cisco password: cisco , username: blank password: cisco but nothing.

I can't access on its console.

Do you have any advice for me?

Thank you.

Hi,

You could try password recovery to get into the switch

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-2950-series-switches/12040-pswdrec-2900xl.html

Thanks

John

Hello John,

the switch is new, it has never been used.

The switch is been connected to the network and it gets the IP address from DHCP.

I log in http for configuring the ssh but I don't know the credentials.

I have tried cisco e and password blank but nothing.

I don't access to console port.

Any suggestion?

thank you.
