Problema conexión - Cisco AnyConnect

Buenos días,

Me he cambiado de compañía telefónica en mi casa y a la hora de utilizar el token en la aplicación Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility CLient me da un error: Failed contacting risk24.renault.fr trying to backup 193.194.135.147

Según tengo entendido, pueden ser los puertos del router.

Si me doy datos con el móvil o con otra red privada la aplicación funciona, no se como proceder

I have changed my phone company at home and when using the token in the Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility CLient application it gives me an error: Failed contacting risk24.renault.fr trying to backup 193.194.135.147

As I understand it, it may be the ports on the router.

If I give myself data with my mobile or with another private network, the application works, I don't know how to proceed
