We are using Windows 2K Active Directory to authenticate via IAS, using RADIUS, with the PIX for VPN users.
This all works when using Windows 2000 or XP.
"Sometimes" when browsing the network it shows nothing and will not let me connect to UPC's. It seems random whether it will find the WINS resource or not.
With Windows 98 it prompts me for a username and password for the IPC$ resource.

vpngroup isl wins-server 172.16.128.20 (I have tried hardcoding the WINS server into the machines, but it's the same.)
