"Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity" Anyconnect VPN issue

We have six VPN gateways. I can connect on them except for the one VPN gateway. When trying to connect, AnyConnect client prompts a message indicating "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity". I've checked the group policies and other VPN configurations and I see nothing wrong. What could be the problem here?
BTW, I'm using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 4.4.02034 and it has no diagnostic function.

Check that the dns name in your anyconnect client is correct. Next, confirm
that the local ISP at that site allows VPN connections (in some
countries they don't allow it). Finally, check on the local device if
everything is configured correctly to allow anyconnect access.
