When I try to start Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client version linux64-4.10.07061 in Singularity container (version 4.0.1) hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.6 (Ootpa), after I gave my username and password to the cli version of the AnyConnect VPN named vpn, the following error text appears in terminal:
Username: [username]
Password:
>> state: Connecting
>> notice: Establishing VPN session...
The AnyConnect Downloader is analyzing this computer. Please wait...
Initializing the AnyConnect Downloader...
Failed to determine valid temporary file folder. Contact your system administrator.
>> notice: Connection attempt has failed.
>> error: AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.
>> state: Disconnected
I want to know the exact location where the AnyConnect wants to determine valid temporary file folder, so maybe I can solve the problem if I know where the problematic folder is.

Thank you for your reply, but that link provides solution for Windows not for Linux.

Where can I find TAC?

Thank you. Unfortunately, TAC is not a viable option, since the website of the first link says: "In order to open a Cisco Technical Assistance Case (TAC), you must have a support contract or product under warranty.", and I have no support contract or product under warranty.

- That may be a showstopper then, note that having Service Contracts for business operations is important ,
