Hello Experts,
Can anyone send me the link on how to configure Remote-Access VPN on Cisco IOS Routers (Authenticating Remote Users based on locally configured usernames on router itself) ? I found some links, but all of them are authencating users through Certificate, LDAP. I need simple straight-forward remote-users authentication using normal username/pass created on the IOS Router locally.
I don't have CA or LDAP servers to authenticate remote-users. I just need simple authentication like what Cisco ASA does.

In addition to what Neno shared you can check this third party link which is pretty clear:

They key thing is to set your "aaa authentication" to local rather than LDAP or RADIUS
