Hi,

I far as I remember, this is problem in phase 2.

Does the phase 1 (IKE) works fine?

If yes, so try to check parameters for phase 2 if the're same - i.e. if PFS is the same.

The negotiation of the proposals was not successful is what the error message is stating.

Please check the debugs for more details.
