Remote connection freezes

Hi everyone and hope all is well. Hopefully someone can help me here because I have no idea what to try. I connect remotely to work with anyconnect and while connected the remote VPN will freeze and I have to close out and connect back. This only takes 15 seconds but happens repeatedly off and on. It doesn’t seem to be a wifi issue, does anyone have any suggestions on what would cause this?

Is this issue is only one machine or wider to all end users? What is the software version anyconnect you running? have you consider upgrade the anyconnect version.

when you connect to anyconnect run ping to 8.8.8.8 from your command line could be  an internet issue... I guess.
