Hi,
i am trying to encrypt data through a central site and a branch. The configuration (hopefully) is ok because i can ping the other side successfully. My problem is that when i initiate the remote desktop connection to connect to a terminal server on the one side then a timeout occurs! when i disable the crypto map from the tunnel interface then i can connect with RDC. can anybody have an idea for why this timeout occur?
Do one think is a NAT problem?

Just as a process check are you trying to connect with the server using name or an IP address? If name then try by IP address. Report back and I am sutre that a VPN guru will pick up the thread and chime in.

I am trying to connect using the IP address of the Internal LAN for example 192.168.0.6. i can ping the server but i cann't connect to it using crypto but only with simple tunnelling.
