Router to Router VPN using NAT

Hi Need examples for the following setting

cisco 2600 router connecting to cisco 2600 router using VPN.

Inside network address of router A is 10.0.0.0

Outside network address of router A and B is 20.0.0.0

Inside network address of router B is 30.0.0.0

Class C masks

I need to also NAT the inside address of A to another address of 40.0.0.1 255.255.255.255

Is it possible to NAT inside addresses through the VPN tunnel at the same time?
