RV042 + ipsec VPN + Public IP for encryption domain

Hi all, I have a RV042 router.

I'v being banging my head over and over again with this issue... I have to set up a VPN ipsec tunnel with a service provider, they require that the ip of first phase vpn negotiation is  public (which is normal "Local Security Gateway" ) and also the need a public ip for the second phase ("Local Security Group") this is where im having problems the source of the service requested need to be a public ip...

Anybody can help me?
