rv130w - Shrewsoft VPN client connects but then times out after 2minutes

I have followed the VPN setup from this doc for IPSec using Shrewsoft FTP client.

my setup is like this:

i have setup the Rv130w behind the Primary router as follows for IPSec

When i connect with Shrewsoft FTP client i get connected and can see the IPSec connection status. I am able to ping and Remote desktop to the PC 192.168.1.100 on the VPN router rv130w.

but, after 2 minutes the connection times out with this message on the Shrewsoft FTP.

iskamp proposal configured
esp proposal configured
client configured
local id configured
remote id configured
pre-shared key configured
bringing up tunnel ...
network device configured
tunnel enabled
session terminated by gateway
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon

Attached is the rv130w log. any ideas as to what is causing this timeout?
