RVS4000 site to site vpn: unable to ping

I am unable to ping any device on the internal lan from the opposite side of the tunnel. However, the tunnel connects successfully. I have the firewall disabled on both routers. Site A is using 192.168.3.1 and Site B is using 192.168.4.1. Any thoughts on why I cant ping one router from the other?

Did you end up figuring it out? I'm in the same boat.

After much trying I finally concluded that it was the router. I ended up going with a RV042 router and it worked perfectly.

Hello James,

You can post the configuration you have so we can help,

Would you believe I just fixed it? One of the computers at the main office was connected to two networks and consequently had two gateways defined. Once I disabled the other gateway all was well.

You may have heard a faint echoing of a vulgar swear word from up north, like some far off sonic boom. It happened shortly after I realized this was what was causing the problem.
