We tried to configure a VPN tunnel between a RVS4000 (Router1) in our office and another RVS4000 (Router2) in a remote office. We used the VPN Wizard but couldn't locate the Router2. We can ping Router2 from the office. Firewalls are disabled on both routers and the computers that are being used to configure the routers. We use DynDNS for Router2 and a static IP for Router 1. We tried to configure the router using the IPSec VPN configuration interface on the router itself but the test doesn't do anything that we can see. It seems to flash the screen and returns to the VPN configuration window. Router1 did resolve the address of Router2.
How can we get this tunnel configured and tested? Any help is truly appreciated.

Quick update - we can no longer ping Router1 from Router2. This happened after trying to test the VPN connection by using the "connect" button on the VPN page.
