Same subnet on both ends of VPN

I have a PIX 501 with 6.3 sw.

Several VPN's in place already.

Need to setup VPN to new site, problem is they use 192.168.1.x subnet, and so do I.

Is there a way to setup an alias on the PIX?

What about a 2nd NIC in my end point device?

Traffic will look like this:

Far end 192.168.1.45 --> VPN --> my PIX --> my end 192.168.1.76.

Any ideas?
