Secure site to site VPN with client based VPN

I am currently in a situation where I have to create a site to site VPN. This site to site VPN will involve communications between 2 servers. In addition, some of my tech support staff will ocassionally need to access the remote server to perform some tasks. The users are on DHCP. I do not want to open the entire DHCP range to the site to site VPN. Is there a way to create a vpdn or vpngroup on the PIX that the internal users can connect to and the from there access the site to site VPN? Or are there better solutions?
