Separate public and work WAP networks WAP4410N RV016

We have a business network using an RV016 as our router and two WAP4410N for wireless. We'd like to be able to have a public network setup for WIFI for visiting clients/guests, but I'm at a loss as to what to do. I'm a real estate broker, and while I got the network together, installed and am the "administrator" I only know enough to get myself in trouble. Can anyone help me with what I need to do, what settings to input and where, to make a secure network for the public and a separate network for our brokers?
