I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshooting setting up remote desktop on Cisco RV215W. Scenario is that while I've open the default port for RDP and configured the router, RDP requests are not working.
A few observations:
- I've updated to firmware 1.3.0.7.
- Portscan shows that ports are not being opened even though I have opened them already.
- Prior to my arrival, several ports were already opened and can access RDP but also do not appear on portscan. I've confirmed these ports can access RDP by typing the WAN IP and port in cmd > rdp.
If you know I've taken these steps already, what can be done to troubleshoot this?
