Setting UP VPN between cisco 2620 and VPN Client

I have an urgent need to set up vpn connection for the company's home workers. Some are mobile while others have sohos. The ones that have sohos have dsl connections using non cisco kit that is not Ipsec Aware.

My first idea is to use cisco VPN client for both soho and mobile workers.

My cisco 2620 router at the main office is doing overloaded NAT .

Can anyone give me an idea if what I am trying to do is possible, and give me some tips on how to do it?
