I know that for an ADSL connection a ppp username/password is required.
For an SHDSL or G.SHDSL connection is a username/password needed?
Where can i find adicional information about these protocols?

Hello,
actually, technically, a username/password is not required for neither ADSL nor SHDSL, it is usually required by the service provider in order to differentiate between users, but not required to obtain connectivity.
Have you had a look yet at the relevant CCO Technology Pages ?
Symmetrical High-Data-Rate DSL (G.SHDSL)

Single-Line Digital Subscriber Line (SDSL)
